Damon's Book

Damon has written an interactive book. You can see his book and click the speaker icon to hear him reading it. He made it using the Smart Notebook software. There is a web version so you can look at it. Here is how you are going to do it:

First go to SMART Notebook Express express.smarttech.com

In the web application, click File, then Open URL. A small window will open up. Type or right click & copy link address in the following URL: www.jackmanfamily.net/damonsbook.notebook

I hope you enjoy this book! Damon did 95% of the work. I just helped him to put the audio on the pages (He recorded it all himself after I showed him how) and I made the arrow for next page, but then he pasted it on each page himself. He's quite proud of his work.

FHE Family History

We had Grandma and Grandpa over for Fanily Home Evening. We talked about family history and wrote in journals. Grandma and Grandpa told stories about when they were kids.

Birthday Bob

Yesterday was Bob's birthday! So everyone can tease him on being old... oh wait.. we already do! :) We sure love our Bob and hope that he got spoiled enough!
Love ya Bob, you're the best!

All Smiles

Our little William is now 7 months old and it growing up so fast. He is such a joy in our family! Not only does he wake up smiling at us, but he LOVES his brother & sister. He is sitting so well by himself, and is getting close to crawling. We find him under furniture all the time as he can scoot backwards. He wants to be big like his siblings, wanting to walk and eat what WE are eating, not this sissy baby food! :)
Today, he got his 3rd tooth! We sure enjoy having this sweet boy in our lives!

Hard workin Man

Our poor Aspen tree's have been looking pretty sad lately, and we decided to take them out. My wonderful husband and neighbor took them out this past weekend, and they did a great job. Not only that, they managed to not hit the fence and only a slight casualty to the house! :) Poor Bob was sore for a few days!

Mother's Day

This Mother's Day was so nice! Sometimes I think I'm too selfish and expect too much on my special day (kind of like my birthday) :) This year, it was just a joy to have my two older ones playing nicely together, to have William all smiles, and my hubby with me all day! Damon & Kylie came home from Church with the cutiest flowers they made in Primary with a little promises written on what they would do for me that day. I love that Damon wrote these himself, "Make you Breakfast" and my favorite "I love you." Did I mention they played nicely together??? It's kind of a big deal! :)
Thanks my cute family for the wonderful Mother's Day!
