Crime Scene!

It's fun to see what the kids do each year when we get a Pomegranate and see who likes them and who doesn't!  Damon is my adventuresome child and when he was done devouring his, it looked like quite the crime scene! :)

Big Eater

Sonja has decided that mom isn't giving her enough and she wants to be more like the big kids. She really likes the rice cereal.  Kylie liked being the big sister and getting to feed her.

Gingerbread houses

We got one of those fun gingerbread house kits. The kids each got to make their own gingerbread house. They had a lot of fun. William was the most excited and couldn't wait to eat it!

Family photos!

We had a great time getting family photos done by our good friend Natalie Lyman!

Kylie's violin!

Kylie has been wanting to learn how to play the Violin for YEARS!!  We just keep putting it off thinking she wasn't serious about it, or not sure we were ready to invest the time and money for that, but she has been very insistent!  So when our neighbor was getting rid of their violin we had to get it.  She has had her first lesson today, and did really well!  This will be fun to watch her develop this talent!

1st Haircut!

Our little Sonja has lots of beautiful hair and we've even put it in pig-tails!! Just the other day I was cutting everyone's hair and decided to trim Sonja's bangs since they were getting in her eyes.
Sonja is growing up so fast and almost rolling over!  She is one unbelievably happy baby!
Now please stop growing up!

A little mascara so we can see how long the lashes are!

Trick-or-Treat!

What a weird Halloween this year!  The weather was so warm the boys just wore their dress up Spider-man costumes instead of their warm costumes and Kylie got sick the morning of Halloween.  Poor Kylie missed school and Trick-or-Treating but Damon took her candy bucket out and got her plenty of candy! :)  Such a great big brother!  It took William a couple houses to remember how to Trick-or-Treat, he actually turned down candy at our neighbors!

Precious Moment

During General Conference we get together with family and we were visiting the Jackman's when it was nap time for Sonja.  Art insisted on holding her and she, as do all my kids, feel very loved with Grandpa!

Dumb Tire!

This could be a frustrating moment, being that the tires weren't even at 50% of their warranted wear, and Bob just went in to replace them and they were being ordered and would come in in two more days (only to find out they never got ordered) or that we were sold obviously a bad tire... but instead we're going to look at this in a better light and be grateful Bob wasn't on the freeway when this tire decided to pop!  A nice guy even stopped by to help out!  Discount tire got an earful when Bob went in!  (He really wanted to throw the tire through the window like they advertise!)

Birthday Boys!

September is the boys birthday month and poor William could NOT wait to turn 3!  He had to watch Kylie have a birthday, Dad, Mom, Sonja born, Damon had his birthday... FINALLY William had his! :)
Damon had a SuperHero party where they took pictures of themselves flying!  He got from Mom and dad a big boy bike with gears and a helmet, and William got a toy car and bike as well.
William had a Minion party, he's my little Minion! :)

Cedar City Trip

Our friends Jake & Steph decided we needed a trip to Cedar City to see Les Miserable at the Shakespearean Festival.  Cedar City was where we met and became friends, so it was fun to reminisce about good times there!  Jake's Cancer treatments... Ice cream runs... brownies & Movies (which we still do together)... the halls at SUU... Bob in the Greenshow... good times!
The production of Les Mis was wonderful and we got to see our good friend Hayley as well who was playing 1st Horn in the production.

Sonja came along too

Mudslide

After this summer's fires, our city experienced a huge mudslide.  Home basements were completely filled (to the TOP) with Mud!  Our church was shortened so that the men and boys could go help shovel out basements.  The next day was Labor Day, and again our ward went and helped dig out more basements.  It was wonderful to see the city help each other out.
