Happy Easter!

This past week was also a sad time for me as I had to cut the Mohawk hair off the top of my sons head! This was probably his 5th haircut, and he was so good about it too!

We also went on a fun trip to St. George with Bob for "Work!" I keep telling him his job is pretend! ;) We went to the Temple again where you can see how sunny it was they're watering the grass there, when it was snowing at home!

This has been a Wonderful Easter Holiday! We Celebrated Easter with both sides of the family with lots of Egg hunts and Candy!! In fact, Damon doesn't do well with a lot of candy and woke up this morning throwing up (so... no Candy for him for a while).

Since William and Damon were both born in September it's fun to watch the clothes we put William in were what Damon wore too. So for Easter we put William in the same outfit Damon wore for Easter, and I realized how similar they look.

Look what we found...

Since the last post, Bob and I were able to fix the washing machine with a zip tie and a little gorilla glue. (We were pretty proud of our achievement until the dryer decided to humble us!) Sure makes us grateful for what we have, especially when it comes to making house work a little easier.

Last week we were invited with our friends to attend the Military Ball! What fun to dress up and feel like a princess with my prince! ;)

We celebrated with my baby brother and his wife for their birthday's! They were so cute dancing to the congas at Tucanos!

My sweet sister had her daughter Bailey and she is so beautiful! My kids have been waiting "so long" to hold her. Kylie didn't want to let her go and kept telling me that WE NEED a baby girl!

Then today as I was checking our camera I noticed someone had taken our camera during "nap time" (while Mom & Dad apparently were the only ones sleeping)

I don't think William's very happy with Kylie here:

We are so excited for Spring to finally be here and the sunshine lately has sure brightened everyone's faces (really Bob's face is pretty red).
Happy Spring everyone!

Fun Times!

Guess I've slacked a little on our posts, so here's a few photos of what's been going on here!

My project this week! Repair the washing machine. Thanks to a YouTube video I got this far, have ordered the part and hopefully will be working in a couple days. (YES, I, ALICIA, pulled open the washing machine!)

The kids got their faces painted at the Safety fair with their cute friend Cassandra. Can you guess what they got?

My cute kids decided they wanted to dress up to go to the safety fair! Damon wanted to be dressed up like his friend Cassandra's dad with Handcuffs! :)

My Husband decided to surprise me for Valentines day with an iphone! Isn't he so nice? :) So we are now selling our video ipod that comes with a charging dock alarm clock, and arm band (so contact us if you'd like to buy it from us!)

Braxton Celebrated his 5th Birthday at the Pirate Island where the kids LOVED it!! But apparently William was STARVING!

We visited Great Grandma, and wouldn't you know, I tried to get a good photo with all my kids and William wouldn't be happy! Love you Grandma!

Kylie Celebrated her 4th Birthday with a Dora party! She is growing up so fast it's hard to believe she's 4, but then again she acts like she's 13! It was a fun little party with her friends and we played lots of fun games, had treats and just enjoyed the party!

Trip to St. George

So, I'm down in St. George on business and I decide to go mountain biking. I brought by bike along. So in the middle of the day I ride from the condo just over the ridge to find some really cool biking spots that I didn't know were there. I went a bit further and found some other really great places to ride. I was very excited.
Here is one of the views from the trail. you can see the condos off in the distance.
I saw this sign... This was cool. If you look close you can see an image of a bike falling off a trail. Then I came across this view and had to ask myself... Should I do it?
I decided to take a less steep route... but it was still fun! Next time I am totally going to bring my bike along!

Reflections

Damon did it again! He's moving on in Reflections for his video of Kylie. He received an award for the Jordan District and now is going on to State. Again his video can be viewed here:

He was so cute saying he was really nervous and wasn't sure he was going to win again! :)

But.... I don't want to wake up!

Besides our kids keeping life interesting we have a cat with his own attitude that keeps us smiling!
